The DD-E3 medium-range EO/IR surveillance gimbal is a high-performance multi-sensor intelligent electro-optical turntable designed for mid-distance detection, identification, and tracking across low-altitude security environments. Integrating a 4K ultra-HD visible-light zoom camera, a mid-range thermal imaging turret, and optional laser ranging, the system forms a dual-spectrum mid-distance imaging platform capable of all-weather, day–night observation for airports, military bases, energy sites, border zones, prisons, and emergency response operations. 

Powered by an embedded AI-assisted UAV detection and tracking platform, the DD-E3 supports autonomous motion target acquisition, multi-category recognition (human, vehicle, ship, UAV), radar–EO coordinated tracking, continuous wave-gate adaptive tracking, anti-occlusion algorithms, and an intelligent eagle-eye miniature display that enhances long-range situational awareness.

Its U-shaped servo-stabilized chassis integrates high-speed 360° azimuth rotation, ±60° pitch capability, rapid acceleration up to 120°/s², and 0.01° angular positioning precision, ensuring smooth and stable tracking of fast-moving UAVs and ground targets. Intelligent speed adaptation and seamless optical–thermal switching further optimize field performance.

Equipped with multi-band photoelectric detection, starlight low-light CMOS imaging, digital fog-penetration, AGC, WDR, and 3D noise reduction, the DD-E3 maintains clarity in rain, fog, haze, snow, and strong backlight. The thermal imaging module incorporates advanced SDE enhancement, pseudo-color palettes, AGC automation, and long-range IR zoom for reliable nighttime and poor-visibility detection.

Built for extreme operational durability, the DD-E3 features IP66 weatherproofing, lightning and surge protection, PHM health management, anti-corrosion housing, and wide temperature endurance. Salt-spray resistance, sealed connectors, and a rugged mechanical frame ensure long-term outdoor deployment in harsh coastal, desert, or industrial environments.

Designed for fixed posts or vehicle-mounted missions, the DD-E3 integrates fully with radar, RF sensors, command systems, and vehicle C-UAS platforms—forming a scalable autonomous perimeter observation turret that strengthens early warning, situational awareness, and airspace security across critical facilities.
